Domestic Online Purchases

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and with original tags attached.

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 business days of authorization.

  • Return labels are provided for exchange or store credit only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


 Sale & Clearance Items

  • Final Sale / Clearance merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Leather care products (cleaners, conditioners, sprays) are non-returnable.


 International Online Purchases

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and with tags intact.


 In-Store Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and with all tags.

  • Sale & clearance items purchased in-store are Final Sale.

We stand by the craftsmanship of every Strega Leather product.

Covered under 60-Day Warranty:

  • Hardware or zipper malfunctions

  • Stitching flaws

  • Manufacturing defects

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, or sunlight

  • Issues from misuse, third-party alterations, or neglect in care

If your item qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
